La scomparsa di Giulio Drago ed Hugo Gatti: due grandi numeri 1

Negli ultimi giorni è avvenuta la scomparsa di due portieri che hanno fatto la storia del calcio italiano e mondiale: si tratta di Giulio Drago ed Hugo Gatti. Il primo ha vestito le maglie di Juventus ed Empoli ed aveva sessantatre anni. Il secondo, invece, ha vinto tanto in Argentina ed ha giocato tanto con la Nazionale Albiceleste ma non ha fatto parto delle selezioni che hanno vinto i Mondiali. L’estremo difensore italiano, dopo aver vestito la maglia bianconera, ha giocato con Cremonese, Atalanta, il club toscano per cinque stagioni più quella dal 1994 al 1995, ed anche Bari, Triestina e Pontedera. Ha vinto due Scudetti ed una Coppa Italia in bianconero e la Mitropa Cup con i Galletti.

Atlanta, Union, Gimnasia La Plata, River Plate e Boca Juniors le squadre in cui ha militato il numero 1 argentino che ci ha lasciato all’età di ottant’anni. Numerosi i titoli vinti con gli Xeneizes. Un campionato Nazionale e due metropolitani più due Libertadores e la Coppa Intercontinentale. Ci uniamo al cordoglio della famiglia e delle squadre in cui hanno militato questi due Eroi degli anni ’80.
