INPRIMANEWS.IT (Pepe Nocera) – Il derby segna la storia di tante squadre […] Tutto partì, infatti, dalla Città della Reggia, novantuno anni fa, dove iniziò a rotolare ufficialmente il pallone per gli azzurri di Pagani.

Era il 25 novembre del 1928 quando, la neonata società fondata nel 1926, disputò la prima gara ufficiale della sua storia contro la Pro Caserta, antenata della Casertana. I ragazzi del presidente Giuseppe Baldanza e del tecnico Venturini scesero in campo con: Ariante, Bove, Tramontano, Donnarumma, Boccia, Barone, Accarino V, Accarino VI, Masina, Ciacci, Morricone.

Questo il primo undici ufficiale della storia della Paganese Calcio, che pareggiò 0-0 a Caserta in quell’ultima domenica di novembre del 1928. Quella Paganese chiuse al terzo posto dietro Palmese ed Angri, approdando al Campionato di Seconda Divisione, Calabro-Siculo-Campano della stagione successiva.

Da allora si son disputati 28 incontri in totale, il quindicesimo in Terra di Lavoro. Il bilancio pende tutto a favore dei rossoblù. Sono state ben 10 le vittorie dei falchetti su 14 sfide a fronte di due pareggi entrambi a reti bianche, quello del 1928 e l’altro nella stagione di C1 1981-82 e due vittorie per la Paganese, entrambe in serie D, la prima nella stagione 1999-2000 (2-3), la seconda ed ultima nel 2004-05 (1-2) […]
