Siamo nel giorno del match di Coppa Italia tra Fiorentina e Atalanta e l’allenatore Viola evidentemente è allarmato, e i motivi sono molti. In primis deve ribaltare il 3-2 dell’andata, poi le assenze; mancheranno per infortunio Oliveira, Torricelli e Amoroso e per squalifica Amor e Edmundo. In attacco oltre al solito Batistuta ci saranno Esposito, che ha minacciato di non scendere in campo senza certezze sul suo futuro, e un Robbiati per nulla contento in questi tempi per il suo utilizzo part-time.

Alla vigilia il tecnico ha cercato evidentemente di tenere la tensione alta con delle dichiarazioni forti, una rasoiata per tutto l’ambiente: “La gente si chiede cosa sta succedendo a Firenze? Beh, evidentemente le polemiche rappresentano un’abitudine in questa città e per questa squadra. Sono 25 anni che faccio l’allenatore e mai prima d’ora avevo trovato una situazione del genere…” (Cit. La partita terminerà 1-0 per la Fiorentina con gol dello scontento Robbiati e la Fiorentina supererà il turno e continuerà l’avventura in Coppa Italia sino alla Finale in cui si aggiudicherà il trofeo il Parma.

Non possiamo dire che il Trap, almeno in questa occasione, non abbia fatto bene a “catechizzare” tutto l’ambiente.
