Il 24 ottobre del 1985, a Liverpool, nasce Wayne Rooney. Cresciuto nelle giovanili dell’Everton, dove ha esordito in prima squadra e dov’è tornato dopo la lunga parentesi con il Manchester United. Proprio con i “Red Devils” ha giocato gli anni migliori della sua carriera. Con lo United ha vinto cinque Premier League, tre Coppe di Lega, sei Community Shield, una FA Cup, una Champions League, un’Europa League ed una Coppa del Mondo per Club.
