La storia di Inter – Juventus in Coppa Italia

Il sito dell’Inter ripercorre la storia del derby d’Italia nella coppa nazionale. Ecco uno stralcio.

[…] Per due volte Inter e Juventus si sono affrontate nella finale di Coppa Italia. In entrambe le partite ha prevalso la Juventus. Il 13 settembre 1959 nella finale di Milano vittoria bianconera per 4-1 con le reti di Charles, Sivori e Cervato, oltre a quella nerazzurra di Bicicli. Finale vinta dalla Juve anche nel 1965, a Roma: 1-0 con gol di Menichelli.

[…] Nel 1972 a San Siro il 3-1, poi non ribaltato del tutto dalla Juventus nella gara di Torino (2-1, in gol Jair): quella vittoria a San Siro portò le firme di Mazzola e di Boninsegna.

[…] Nel 1975 sono Boninsegna e Facchetti a consegnare la vittoria per 2-1 a Torino, prima di un pesante 2-6 casalingo. Nel 1977 la firma sul successo dell’Inter, a San Siro, la mette Gabriele Oriali, con un gol in avvio di match.

[…] Le sfide negli anni ’80 e inizio ’90 vedono diversi pareggi e successi bianconeri, ma nel 1996/1997 l’Inter va a conquistare un pesantissimo e dolce successo sul campo della Juventus. Il 13 novembre 1996 sono Zamorano,Paul Ince con un gran colpo di testa e Djorkaeff con un destro di classe a schiantare i bianconeri, eliminati poi con il pareggio per 1-1 al ritorno.
