16 ottobre 1953: la nascita di Paulo Roberto Falcao

Il 16 ottobre del 1953 nasce Paulo Roberto Falcao. Il centrocampista brasiliano, che ha vestito la maglia della Roma, è stato uno degli idoli della tifoseria giallorossa in quel periodo. Dal 1980 al 1985 è rimasto nella capitale vincendo due Coppe Italia ma soprattutto il secondo Scudetto. Dotato di grande tecnica ma soprattutto formidabile per la sua visione e costruzione del gioco. Prima di approdare in Italia, veste la maglia dell’Internacional di Porto Alegre per sette stagioni in cui vince tre campionati. Dopo l’esperienza in Serie A, torna in Brasile dove vestirà la maglia del San Paolo per un anno.

Compie settant’anni, uno dei giocatori più amati dal popolo giallorosso e non ci resta che fargli gli auguri.
